TERMS, CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
All customers must hold a valid ticket for the event. The management reserves the right to refuse admission or request that any ticket holder leave the theatre where we believe the welfare, comfort, enjoyment or security of our audiences or staff may be affected. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of the Duty Manager. The use of camera, tape and video recording equipment is strictly forbidden during performances, and we ask customers to ensure that mobile phones, watch alarms and pagers are switched off. On receipt of your tickets, please check that your tickets are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified thereafter. Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Parents are reminded that some performances are not suitable for young children. Age suitability is stated in the brochure or online where applicable. The Castle Theatre reserves the right to change the programme and/or alter the advertised castings without prior notice. Only tickets purchased from our Box Office or our approved agents are valid for admission. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticket holder will be refused entry.
There is currently no booking fee for purchasing tickets at Castle Theatre, Wellingborough.
Bookings and payments made at the Box Office counter or over the phone will appear on your Bank Statement as The Castle Theatre, Wellingborough.
Bookings and payments made online at castletheatre.co.uk will appear on your Bank Statement as www.wellingborough.gov.uk
Refunds, exchange and resale policy
Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable between different events. Tickets can however be exchanged within a run of a performance, subject to availability; when exchanging your tickets within 7 days of the performance date, this is subject to a fixed administration fee of 75p per ticket. For sold out shows only, tickets can be returned to the Box Office for resale no later than 3 days prior to the performance date; customers will receive a full credit refund valid for 12 months.
If a performance is cancelled with sufficient notice we will, where possible, endeavour to contact audiences in advance by phone or email. We will also send updates on social media and on our website. We will replace tickets for an alternative date or, if this is not possible, refund in full.
In the event of a cancelled performance, the management will not be liable for any additional travel or accommodation expenses or any other additional consequential losses.
Discounts/Offers and concessions
Patrons must state discounts, offers or concessions they are entitled to at the time of booking, as they cannot be applied retrospectively. If you have purchased concession tickets, you may be required to provide proof of concession (eg: Student card, blue badge) and this must be presented upon request. The management reserves the right to introduce discounts and other price changes without notice. Discounts and special offers may be limited or subject to availability. Only one discount applies per ticket. Concessionary rates do vary according to performance, so please check with the Box Office when booking.
We offer concessions for registered disabled patrons for most performances, and for those patrons who require assistance, where concessions are available, a carer/companion can accompany them free of charge.
Tickets will be sent out by second class post for a fee if selected at time of purchase. If the performance is within 7 days of purchase, tickets will be held at the Box Office for collection; presentation of the Debit/Credit Card used to make your booking is required. For any performance, tickets can be held for collection at the Box Office, and a free Print @ Home option is available on selected performances.
Tickets can be reserved, without immediate payment, if booking by telephone or in person at the Castle Theatre Box Office. Full payment must be received within four working days of the reservation, or 3 days prior to the performance date, whichever is first. Reserved tickets which are not paid for in the relevant period of time will be released without notification. Reservations cannot be made, or held, within 3 days of the performance date. Tickets purchased online must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
